Carlos fue extremadamente amable y profesional desde el primer momento. Se tomó el tiempo de explicarme todo con mucho detalle y respondió todas mis preguntas con paciencia. The best experience ever !!!! I came in thinking I wouldn’t be able to get a car as a first time buyer, but Elba ensured me that I could and she didn’t disappoint!! She had the best attitude and was very happy and polite the whole time ! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience :)))))
